Ok bajj Terms & Conditions — User Guidelines

1 General Rules & Applicability

Welcome to the ok bajj platform. These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between ok bajj and all of its users. They apply whenever you use our services through the ok bajj website, mobile app, or any other channel.

• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.

Ok bajj reserves the right to reject any application, particularly if the applicant resides outside the eligible jurisdiction or does not meet our stated conditions.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — the account holder and the payment method owner must be the same person.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to withdrawing winnings from ok bajj:

• KYC verification must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the original deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering policy.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Ok bajj reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.
• Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ok bajj offers attractive bonus promotions, but each comes with specific terms that must be followed:

• Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements, which are clearly communicated at the time the bonus is issued.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• A maximum win limit may apply to winnings generated from bonus balance.
• Ok bajj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on ok bajj:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the Live Betting cashout feature is active.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ok bajj reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If there is sufficient evidence that the outcome of an event has been manipulated, all related bets may be voided.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled before it begins, the bet will be refunded.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.
• Ok bajj reserves the right to set a maximum stake limit on any bet.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ok bajj platform and will result in permanent account termination:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering using fake or falsified identity documents.
• Fraudulently exploiting or manipulating the bonus system.
• Using software or automated tools to manipulate the betting system.
• Processing transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ok bajj staff.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Ok bajj may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains that has not been forfeited due to a terms violation, arrangements will be made to return those funds.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Ok bajj takes the protection of users' personal data seriously. Information collected at registration is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and legal compliance.
